Pastors long to see an entire church focused on it’s mission, and unified about how to achieve it. But apart from the work of preaching, few seminaries provide training for how to nurture this in a church. The Thrive process helps pastors focus on their own growth as a leader, and also on working with lay leaders to articulate a future vision/plan for their church. Support is provided via 12 meetings with a small group of other pastors who are walking the same path. In addition, an experienced “mentoring pastor” meets with the group each month.
