Residency is a part-time, 8-month approach to leadership development. We believe God’s strategy for fulfilling the Great Commission is church planting. We also believe everything rises and falls on leadership. So, we are intentionally investing in the next generation of leaders. Here’s what to expect
Practical Learning
The training topics will all be addressed from a scriptural perspective and intended to practically help you take the first steps in planting as well as giving a foundation for the long-haul.
Hands on Experience
There is no better teacher than doing. Each topic includes a practicum that will prepare you to plant as well as expose you to innovative ideas for implementing in the future.
Exposure to Potential Partners
Residency is a collaborative effort of churches and the Chattahoochee Baptist Association (CBA). Each one of these entities are supporters of church planting. These partners have the potential to help you along in your church planting journey or to connect you with ministries who can.
