Mission, Vision, Strategy, & Values

Shaping the
Future

We believe God’s call for our network of churches isn’t just numerical growth or institutional survival, but the transformation of a region. We exist to reshape the spiritual future of N.E. Georgia.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to ensure that a generation from now, the influence of the gospel is greater than it has ever been in Northeast Georgia.

We do this by:

  • Starting new churches
  • Strengthening existing churches
  • Serving through local missions

Our Vision

We envision a thriving network of churches in Northeast Georgia:

  • Every church healthy, growing, and reproducing.
  • Every pastor and leader spiritually strong and reaching their full potential.
  • A new generation of churches (60 in 15 years) supporting existing churches to meet the challenges ahead.
  • A relational network where resources are shared and our impact is multiplied.

We believe God’s calling for our churches is not just growth, but the transformation of our region.

Our Strategies

To achieve our vision, we focus on:

Strengthening Churches

Investing in leaders to raise the level of ministry and multiply impact.

Starting
Churches

Reaching all segments of our population, including Anglo, Ethnic/Hispanic, multi-housing, house churches, and missional communities.

Serving Through Local Missions

Engaging in hands-on ministry to meet local needs.

Our Values

  1. Committed to Ministry – We serve Jesus first and foremost. We will do whatever it takes to achieve His goals for this ministry.
  2. Committed to Helping Our Churches – We exist to help our churches achieve maximum impact. If we can’t comply with a request directly, we’ll help them find someone who can.
  3. Committed to Serving People – We believe every person is precious to God, and we treat them with respect.
  4. Committed to Helping God’s People Work Together – We believe in the power of a cooperating network to make a regional impact.
  5. Committed to a God-Sized Vision – We believe God is giving us an opportunity to change the spiritual future of N.E. Georgia.
  6. Committed to Personal Growth – Encouraging others to stretch for something better starts with our personal commitment to a lifestyle of growth.
  7. Committed to Excellence – Whatever the task, we believe Jesus deserves our best.
